Start with the access path for your organization, then use the guidance for the Cognimark application assigned to your workflow.

Getting access

Cognimark uses a managed identity with access granted for your product and organization. CogniTool and CogniFlow have been retired.

  1. Use the assigned entry point. Open the product URL provided by your organization or launch the application from an enabled EHR workflow.
  2. Sign in with your individual account. Do not share credentials. An EHR user must be explicitly linked to the matching Cognimark account before EHR Launch can complete sign-in.
  3. Confirm the active context. Verify the organization, workflow, patient, and encounter shown by the application before reviewing or generating content.
02

CogniAgent

An AI-assisted workspace for clinical data exploration, cohort review, and study recruitment.

Access: Open CogniAgent directly with an authorized Cognimark account or through an enabled EHR Launch.

  • Start a new session and describe the clinical-data question or review task.
  • Use a study recruitment session to maintain study criteria and review ranked candidate evidence.
  • Open session assets to inspect source-backed tables, charts, patient timelines, and recruitment state.
  • Review generated findings before using them for clinical, research, or enrollment decisions.

EHR Launch

EHR Launch connects an enabled EHR workflow to the selected Cognimark application. The launch may carry authorized user, patient, and encounter context. The EHR and healthcare organization determine which context and clinical information are available.

  • Begin from the Cognimark application entry configured inside the EHR.
  • Confirm the displayed patient and encounter before continuing.
  • If sign-in cannot complete, ask your Cognimark administrator to verify the EHR user link and product grant.
  • Do not use a patient identifier as a username or share an EHR launch link.
04

Support and reporting

Use the business contact channel for access, workflow, or product-support questions. Use the anonymous reporting channel for suspected security, privacy, compliance, ethics, fraud, or workplace concerns.

Do not include patient names, PHI, passwords, tokens, or private keys in a public form.
